These terms govern use of the official website operated by 1225labo (the operator). Our apps and other services have their own terms.
1. Scope
These terms apply to browsing this website, using its published information and contacting us. Refer to the dedicated terms for Tanpoke, MotionLab Capture and Kazusa Pocket when using those services.
Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and related information. These terms are not a blanket consent to processing that requires separate consent.
2. Published information and development inquiries
Features in development and planned releases are identified as such. Check each service's current information for available features, supported environments, pricing and release timing. Plans may change.
Submitting a development inquiry or receiving a reply does not by itself create a development or maintenance contract. Availability, scope, fees, delivery schedules and other conditions are subject to review and a separate agreement.
3. Rights in website content
Rights in the site's text, design, images, software and other content belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders. Permission is required for uses not otherwise permitted by law, such as applicable quotation exceptions.
Open data, open-source software and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. These terms do not restrict uses allowed by those licenses.

Do not engage in unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, impersonate others, send abusive messages, gain unauthorized access, undermine security or impose excessive load on the website.
Send only information needed for your inquiry. Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions, and avoid unnecessary confidential or third-party personal information. Sending an inquiry does not transfer rights you hold in its content to us.

External websites, app stores and contact-form services have their own terms and privacy policies. Linking to a service does not by itself constitute a guarantee of its products or services by the operator.
